Bolivia: Chancellor Choquehuanca travels to Mexico to sign bilateral agreements
La Paz, Bolivia — Chancellor David Choquehuanca will travel officially to Mexico on October 23rd and stay for three days. He will meet Mexican authorities and sign bilateral trade, education, and culture agreements.
According to the Ministry of International Relations Press Office, Choquehuanca’s trip has the purpose of open better markets that go beyond the Free Trade Agreement signed with Mexico ten years ago.
Choquehuanca will also held meetings with leaders of workers unions, indigenous people, and other social sectors at the headquarters of the Electricity Worker’s Union in the Federal District.
Meanwhile the Bi-National Commission will meet to evaluate the trade relationship between both nations.
The Bi_National Commission meeting will end with a signed agreement were both nations manifest bilateral cooperation in the following areas: culture, education, sports, and economy.
After the conclusion of the official meetings next Friday, both countries will sign a final agreement which will include all the results.
According to Prensa Latina, today, a Bolivian delegation headed by Vice minister of Economical Affairs Pablo Guzman arrived at Mexico, and will participate at the meetings with the Bi-national Commission.
