1. Ce n’est pas l’UE mais les autres membres de l’OMC (remarquer - pas l’OMC mais les pays qui font partie, soit Amerique Latine, Asie, etc, aussi des pays en developpement) qui ont forcé a l’UE à arreter les preferènces qu’elle octroyaient aux ACPs.
2. Les preferences de Lomé (pour les ACP) sont en place depuis plus de 40 ans, est-ce que l’Afrique s’est-elle developpé autant pendant ces 40 ans qui ne mérite pas la peine d’essayer un autre système?

Si je puis me permettre, l’immense majorité des esclaves africain eut à subir le joug...en Afrique! Et oui, c’est bien souvent occulté mais aussi ignoble qu’est été la traite des esclaves au-dela des continent ou des désertx(par les arabes puis par les européens) l’origine de l’esclavage en afrique fut africain et ce sont les colonisateurs qui en 1885décidèrent de l’interdir au moment ou ils s’installaient (en grande parti du fait des élites noires de langue européennes établits sur les cotes) à l’intérieur des terres! Ces petits point d’histoire posé cessons de crié au colonisateur pilleur de ressourece! Meme les historiens les plus à gauche l’admettent, dans le cas de la France, la colonisation a été un investissement pour la colonie dont ont bénéficier...les africains! Pour ce qui est de l’accord ACP en question, peut etre est il imparfait mais je tient à vous faire remarqué que le président Wade a souligné les similitudes entre ses vues et celles de ces homologues français et italiens. L’accord est peut etre mauvais, mais premièrement il n’est pas le fait de toyut les européens, deuxièmement ont ne peut pas jugé de toute l’histoire europe-Afrique sur un seul traité. L’Europe et l’Afrique sont deux continent qui ne sont de fait qu’un ensemble. Français, Anglais et portugais sont 3 des 4 langues de travail de l’Union Africains, union qui tient ses institutions de l’union européenne.1 000 000 de citoyens français (et donc européens) vivent à la réunion et à Mayotte, ils ont affirmé massivement qu’ils le sont par référundum; ne sont’ils plus africains pour autant? Avant d’accusé l’Europe d’avoir de mauvaises intention, l’Afrique doit prendre conscience du chemin qu’elle a parcouru avec l’Europe et du fait qu’elle est l’argement européenne comme l’europe est largemen africaine!

I fully agree with Sir Ramphal, and his stance on our (the Cariforum countires) involvemnet with the EPA. It is time for our Caribbean leaders to make decisions as one head, as opposed to individual decisions. We as a unified group need to be more confident with our choices,and not allow the larger countries / bodies to manipulate our decisions.
Also of interest is the ACP countires which are being whipped by the EU with a rod extended from their former partners, the Caribbean. Again we must be extremely cautious and not allow ourseles to be used by these bodies, whose sole purpose is to benefit themselves. It is this same thinking that allowed the Europeans to be so successful with slavery. They came together for one cause, while the Africans heads, individually tried to save their lands, instead of operating as a unified body. That strategy did not work for the Africians then, it will not work for us now.

Es increible ver la carencia de educacion, servicios basicos y calidad de vida de mi bello pais Honduras los numeros y estadisticas son espeluznantes. Y saber que tenemos los recursos humanos para poder salir adelante si solo se buscara una solucion para tener una mejor educacion. Y a pasos pequeños pero seguros poder avanzar. La mayoria de la gente esta en contra del ALBA y pues algunos consideran que se trata de que nuestro presidente puede estar influenciado por el comunismo. Y puede ser que sea una realidad pero todos hablan y opinan y nadie da soluciones factibles que se puedan analizar y llegar a un acuerdo en el cual nos beneficie a todos cosa que nunca sucedera nunca se quedara bien con todos siempre van a estar los pros y los contras. Asi que veremos a donde nos lleva todo esto solo esperamos que por lo menos no nos afecte tanto.
