Knock knees can be described as a condition where a person's knees bend inwards and possibly touch one

are present outside the thighs and hips. To straighten knock knees, practicing abductor-strengthening exercises would
be a good option. The abduction requires many
muscles, such as the gluteus medius or tensor fissa lata.
This type of exercise can provide a workout for quadriceps muscles, hamstrings,
and abductors. Here, the patient will have to stand with his feet hip-width apart
and arms in front of his chest. He must then move steadily to his left, taking a large
cross-legged step. His foot will touch the ground.
He will then have to bend his knees to support his back and push his butt inwards.
If the foot feels tight, he should bring it back to the
original position. You can try holding a medicine bowl in front to your chest for
even more resistance. To do this exercise, you
will need either a chair (or a weight-bearing bench).
Begin by standing with your right leg facing the bench.
Next, place your arms in front of your chest.
The right foot should first be placed on the bench.
Once the foot is on the floor, the other should be
placed on top of the body. This should be repeated for the other leg.
This method can be combined with a cable machine to strengthen the outer hips.
Attach an ankle cuff to the lower setting. This should be attached on the lower right side of the leg.
The person should stand with his left shoulder facing the weight
stack. This involves lying on the floor sideways. Next, the patient should place
his legs on the floor with his legs stacked. Hold the left
leg in the same position for several seconds while raising it at
45 degrees. Then, the leg should slowly be lowered and the same should be repeated
10-12 times. It is also possible to do this on the other
side. These exercises will be of great use to patients, who want to straighten knock
knees. A friend of mine went cycling with me.
She began to feel severe pain in her knees after about an hour.
After checking her lower extremities I found that she had
"knock legs". Genu Valgum is the term used to describe "knock Knees".
The opposite would be "bowlegged" or Genu Varum. Genu Varum
isn’t often associated with pain, so we’ll be focusing on Genu Valgum.
These conditions are caused by the Q angle.
